Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unused/unopened items in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (see Section 3)
  • Proof of purchase required

2. How to Return

  1. Visit stressfreetoy.com/returns
  2. Complete the return request form
  3. Ship items to provided address (tracking recommended)

3. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours via stressfreetoy.com/contact
  • Provide photos of damage + packaging
  • We cover return shipping for replacements

4. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days after we receive returns
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Excludes original shipping costs (unless our error)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Cannot return:

  • Opened toys (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping (except for faulty items)
  • Use tracked mail – we’re not liable for lost returns

7. Exchanges

Available for:

  • Identical replacements of defective items
  • Size/color swaps (stock permitting)

8. International Returns

Outside Australia:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping + customs
  • Mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
