Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unused/unopened items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (see Section 3)
- Proof of purchase required
2. How to Return

- Complete the return request form
- Ship items to provided address (tracking recommended)
3. Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours via stressfreetoy.com/contact
- Provide photos of damage + packaging
- We cover return shipping for replacements
4. Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive returns
- Issued to original payment method
- Excludes original shipping costs (unless our error)
5. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot return:
- Opened toys (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/custom items
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
6. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping (except for faulty items)
- Use tracked mail – we’re not liable for lost returns
7. Exchanges
Available for:
- Identical replacements of defective items
- Size/color swaps (stock permitting)
8. International Returns
Outside Australia:
- Customer responsible for return shipping + customs
- Mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
